September 1st - October 29th Wildflower Tours 1.5hrs of Bliss

Updated: Oct 20, 2021

Just unlaced my bush walking boots after a morning in the Collie River Valley investigating Wildflower walks for Spring.

I'm envisaging a busy wildflower season showcasing and sharing our unique wildflowers here among the majestic native Jarrah forest, which is endemic to our South West WA.

Offering every age something to see from the photographer, the nature lover, botanist, children, forest exploring and outdoor lovers.

This morning was shared with a girlfriend who thoroughly enjoyed the one and half hour walk on an easy to gentle terrain with a spring vista of one and half kilometres.

Those wildflowers that see more sun than others are flowering beautifully at the moment

The stunning Blue Sun Orchid with up to 12 flowers on the one spike.

What we have seen so far in Orchids:

Leek

Rattle Beak

White Spider

Dancing Spider

Rusty Spider

Leaping Spider

Pansy Donkey

Donkey

Hammer

Duck

Pink Fairy

Purple Enamel and much more
