What we transport:

  • Backpacks and camping gear (no size or weight restrictions)

  • Food resupply drops

  • Extra clothing and comfort items

  • Anything you don't want to carry on your back

What we provide:

  • Bottled water during transport

  • First aid kit on board

  • Local trail knowledge and conditions updates

  • Flexible pickup/drop-off times to match your hiking pace

Popular Sections We Support

The stretch between Lake Brockman and Balingup includes some of the Bibbulmun's most loved sections:

Collie Area (Harris Dam to Lake Brockman):

  • Jarrah forest trails

  • Local wildlife including kangaroos, parrots, and honeyeaters

  • River crossings

  • Relatively easy terrain - good for first-timers

Why Use a Baggage & Trail Transfer?

Carrying 15-20kg on your back changes everything about your hike. With our transfer service:

  • Cover more distance comfortably - walk 20-25km days instead of 12-15km

  • Reduce injury risk - less strain on knees, back, and shoulders

  • Enjoy the scenery instead of staring at your boots

  • Carry comfort items - fresh clothes, camp chair, better food

  • Day-hike with a daypack - just 3-5kg instead of full weight

  • Perfect for older or less fit hikers who want to experience the track

Planning Your Section Walk

When you book a transfer with us, we can help you plan realistic daily distances and suggest good stopping points. Our local knowledge of the Southwest means we understand:

  • Current trail conditions

  • Water source locations (especially important in summer)

  • Campsite availability

  • Weather patterns

  • Alternative routes if needed

  • We can drop you at Transwa stops in Collie, Brunswick or Bunbury

  • No need to arrange complicated car shuttles

  • Perfect for one-way section hikes
