But lately they've been coming thick and fast like the bush after a good season and reading back through them feels a bit like a walk through one of our own wildflower trails. Unexpected. If there's one word that shows up again and again in our reviews, it's "knowledgeable." Whether it's the story behind a mural in town, a shortcut on the Bibbulmun, or knowing exactly where the wildflowers are blooming this week, our guests keep telling us the local insight is what makes the difference. That's not something we're going to lose sight of, if anything, it's pushing us to go deeper into the stories behind Collie's trails, murals and nature.
Trail support that actually understands trail life
A huge number of our reviews come from Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi walkers and riders, people mid-adventure, needing a lift, a bike carried, a late bus covered without drama. "On time," "efficient," "checked in on us after". This is the stuff that matters when you're three days into a trek and just need things to work. We're looking at ways to make this even easier, with simple package options for hikers planning multi-day sections, so support is sorted before you even set off.
The Mural Trail keeps bringing people home
From locals showing off Collie to visiting family, to solo travellers stumbling on the story of Mural #7, the Collie Heritage Mural Trail continues to surprise people. It's proof that Collie's outdoor gallery isn't just a nice walk, it's a genuine drawcard, and we're proud to keep sharing it.
And then there's the Canning Stock Route
Our smaller group of CSR expedition travellers write some of the most heartfelt reviews we get, and it makes sense. Twenty-two days in some of the most remote country in Australia changes how you see things. We're leaning further into what makes these trips special, because for the people who do them, they're not just a tour, they're a genuine adventure into heritage, culture and wildlife.
